We see the challenge for young Entrepreneurs who struggle to get “Friends and Family” Funding due to a lack of existing capital. We believe it is not too late to establish a capital framework with existing home-owners and renters in collaboration with – the United States Office of Hu=ousing and Urban Development (HUD)
Over the course of the 3 years, we will align with HUD to pursue two overarching priorities focused on increasing equity and improving customer experience across all HUD programs. Five strategic goals undergird the Plan as follows:

Strategic Goal 2: Ensure Access to and Increase the Production of Affordable Housing
Strategic Goal 3: Promote Homeownership via our Rent to Wealth Program
Strategic Goal 4: Advance Sustainable Communities via Family Trust
Strategic Goal 5: Strengthen HUD’s Internal Capacity via Source Energy Bank & Trust
