Fusion Coin Master Service Agreement (MSA)

1. Agreement Overview

This Master Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between SourceEnergy Technologies: Fusion Coin, a prophetic economic initiative governed by Kingdom principles, and the designated Service Provider (“Partner”) to define the terms under which services, solutions, or strategic contributions will be rendered.

This Agreement is sacred in nature and rooted in the governance of Isaiah 11:2 — built not only upon law, but upon wisdom, counsel, and divine alignment.

2. Purpose

To establish a Kingdom-aligned relationship between SourceEnergy Technologies: Fusion Coin and the Partner for the purpose of delivering services and innovations that contribute to the design, development, deployment, and expansion of the Fusion Coin ecosystem — including, but not limited to, blockchain infrastructure, token deployment, community trust systems, strategic consulting, or other specialized functions.

3. Scope of Engagement

Partner shall provide services as defined in the applicable Statement of Work (SOW), which shall be issued under this Agreement and signed by both parties.

Each SOW will specify:

  • Objectives
  • Deliverables
  • Timelines
  • Responsibilities
  • Success Metrics
  • Payment Terms (if applicable)

4. Spiritual and Ethical Code

All engagements under this Agreement are expected to:

  • Uphold the Spirit of Wisdom, Counsel, and Understanding.
  • Operate in transparency, integrity, and mutual honor.
  • Serve transformational outcomes, not transactional goals.
  • Respect the sacred trust of communities, households, and sovereign systems.

Partner affirms alignment with the vision of transformation over transaction and agrees to uphold these standards throughout the term of this Agreement.

5. Term and Termination

  • This Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date and remain in effect until terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice.
  • Either party may terminate this Agreement or any SOW for breach of spiritual alignment, failure to deliver as promised, or misrepresentation of capacity.
  • Upon termination, all work products, digital keys, proprietary assets, and sacred blueprints must be returned to Fusion Coin within 10 business days.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary, strategic, or sacred information shared during the course of this relationship.

Confidentiality covers, but is not limited to:

  • Tokenomics
  • Community trust mechanisms
  • Governance models
  • Partner and investor data
  • Prophetic declarations or unreleased spiritual blueprints

7. Ownership and Licensing

Unless otherwise stated in a specific SOW:

  • All intellectual property developed under this Agreement shall be the exclusive property of Fusion Coin.
  • Partners may not replicate, license, or sell any part of the Fusion Coin model or related IP without written permission.

8. Governance and Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be first addressed in a Council of Counsel session between the parties, to seek understanding and clarity under the Spirit of the Lord.

If resolution is not reached, both parties agree to submit to Kingdom-based mediation before pursuing civil or legal actions.

9. Payment Terms (If Applicable)

  • Payment structures shall be outlined in each SOW.
  • Compensation may include fiat, cryptocurrency, or token-based equity in Fusion Coin where agreed upon.
  • All invoices shall be submitted in accordance with the agreed timeline and paid within 15 business days unless otherwise specified.

10. Signatures and Covenantal Intent

This Agreement is entered into not only as a legal contract, but as a spiritual covenant to build the future with reverence, power, and prophetic alignment.
